Refundable Items
42Gears offers a full refund for paid monthly subscriptions within 30 days of the initial purchase. To request a full refund, please contact our sales team at sales@42gears.com within the 30-day window. In case of any cancellation request after 30 days, your payment is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Payments for all non-monthly subscription types such as (Annual, Half-yearly, Quarterly, etc).
- Fees associated with services include but are not limited to custom development, consulting services, and training(s).
- Any subscription upgrades such as upgrading the current subscriptions whether from monthly to yearly or lower plan to a higher plan, as the case may be.
General Terms
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
