42Gears Pioneers Innovation in EMM by Launching Virtual Assistant Chatbot
BENGALURU, India, September 12, 2017 - 42Gears Mobility Systems, a leading Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution provider has pioneered the integration of Artificial Intelligence into EMM solution by launching ‘DeepThought’, the Virtual Assistant Chatbot, for its SureMDM platform. The Beta version of this new feature will be released in September 2017.
Until now, querying for information, lack of flexibility of predefined report templates, finding relevant data, selecting multiple inputs for pulling a report were some of the challenges faced by IT admins. Moreover, remembering the exact keywords and features to get the right data required by the business was an endless struggle.
SureMDM DeepThought is a game changer for enterprise mobility. With it 42Gears aims to deliver the benefits of Natural Language Processing to its customers. Better user experience, improved productivity, easier access to information, quicker command execution due to the availability of voice and text based chat support through SureMDM’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) are some of the advantages which organizations will benefit from. Also, integration with the leading messaging apps like Skype and Slack will take the EMM experience to a different level.
Users will be able to interact with the bot by selecting from predefined ‘suggestion tabs’, typing or asking a question through the voice enabled chat. Simple commands like wipe, reboot, locate etc. can be executed just by tapping on the suggested options. Every request will be captured in the DeepThought database to help the chatbot learn and improve the user experience.
Prakash Gupta, CTO of 42Gears says: “SureMDM is the only EMM solution that offers AI powered Virtual Assistant for managing devices. Admins often find it time consuming and difficult to navigate through the maze of features and functionalities of an EMM platform. DeepThought provides a simple, user friendly and natural way to deal with EMM data and features. We envision it to be the defacto way of interacting with the EMM console. With time, the natural language understanding and machine learning will help the bot in offering even more enhanced experience to the IT.”
