Challenges
TransAct Technologies is known for developing cloud-based applications for fast-growing industries. The company faced challenges while developing and testing applications on various devices. The system engineers, working from different locations around the globe, didn’t have access to all the tools necessary for automation testing. Moreover, it was becoming increasingly difficult for them to test their applications on all devices, networks, operating systems, browsers, and under different circumstances, such as low battery and poor network connection, to name a few.
