Senior IT Engineer

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years

Role Description

  • Hands-on experience on UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) / ITSM Tools + Multiple OS installations (Windows, MAC & Linux)
  • Troubleshooting with Software deployments via tools, Drivers, Remote Support Troubleshooting, Hardware and Software issues, Windows Services, Windows MDM ( Mobile Device Management) knowledge.
  • Windows 10, 11, and MAC End User Computing, Troubleshooting OS Skills
  • DNS, DHCP, AD Complete knowledge, Patch mgmt., XDR, EDR, OS Critical Fix knowledge, SSO.
  • Should have working centralized monitoring/management/logging systems.
  • Should have strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Exposure to Global ITSM/Monitoring Tools/Techniques and should have worked with global ISPs.

Technologies: Cloudstack (Any Private Cloud), Instance create, Modify, Troubleshoot, Backup and Replication, Instance Booting & Troubleshooting, Regular optimization, Templates

Network: Firewall complete Mgmt, Any L2 & L3 Switches, Good knowledge on WIFI Devices Mgmt. 

Extensive hands-on experience in network Infrastructure technologies & Services.

Candidate should have very strong fundamental “core” networking skills, with thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of UDP & TCP/IP Protocol.
