Role Details

Relevant Experience: 3+ years

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile).
  • Has worked on Mobile Device Management.
  • Research customer technical issues and pursue resolution.
  • Good understanding of Mobility Software-MDM, MAM, and UEM.
  • Prior experience with the mobility domain will be given preference.
  • From time to time, deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners.
  • Attend meetings with partners and customers for tech discussions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales,tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software will be given preference.
  • Great communication skills, being able to speak to both technical and business counterparts on the client side, and explaining technology and solutions architecture.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Love to learn and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction.
  • Willingness to travel for tech discussions.

Education Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech or MCA.
