Role Description
Looking for highly motivated Lead Generation Interns to support our business development team. The interns will be responsible for researching potential leads, conducting cold outreach, and assisting in nurturing prospects to drive business opportunities. This is a great opportunity to develop essential sales and business development skills in a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Data Collection
- Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, company websites, and lead databases (Apollo.io, Lusha, etc.).
- Gather contact details (emails, phone numbers, job titles, etc.) and update the CRM.
- Analyze and categorize leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Outbound Lead Generation
- Assist in email outreach campaigns – crafting personalized cold emails.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting – sending connection requests and messages.
- Support cold calling efforts and track responses.
- CRM & Data Management
- Enter and maintain accurate lead details in the CRM.
- Monitor and update lead status (contacted, interested, follow-up, etc.).
- Ensure data cleanliness by removing duplicates and outdated records.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups
- Assist in follow-up email sequences, calls and engagement tracking.
- Engage with leads through comments, likes, and direct messaging on social media.
- Schedule meetings or demos for business development representatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Business, Marketing, or another field.
- Strong research and analytical skills – ability to find and evaluate leads.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Sales techniques, and CRM tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for outreach.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
